High Hemoglobin and Hematocrit

I recently got my tests done. The CBC is showing some abnormality in Hemoglobin and Hematocrit values. I am attaching the reports below. Kindly suggest, is this Polycythemia ?

Hi Sir, Polycythemia has certain minimum criterias that have to be fulfilled. 1. Hemoglobin level greater than 18.5 grams per deciliter (g/dL) in men, or greater than 16.5 g/dL in women 2. Presence of JAK2V617F or other functionally similar mutation 3. low Erythropoietin levels (minor criteria) Judging by your place of residence, you dont have the  hilly area advantage of high Erythropoietin

Compare with previous or upcoming tests you take, some people are just blessed with higher Hemoglobin.
