High heart rate

I haven't been physically active for the time being now my heart rate is really high.. it's around 105 but it goes back to normal around 90 to 87 but whenever I check out of curiosity it shows me 105. I do have anxiety issues and I'm not working out due to wfh ...I sit a lot of time infront of computer.

There is no option there than to do some basic exercise for your body.. as you need food for your brain and body to work properly, as your physical activities are important for body and mind and heart too.. Your work from home might not be for 24 hours. You have to start with 15 minutes of physical activities.. Start with just Walking for 15 minutes after every meal. And you will feel good and healthy

If your pulse rate is high initially,  sit and calm down for few minutes and recheck once. Anxiety can cause high pulse rate.
