  4. High heart rate. Advice me for medicine.

High heart rate

Hi, Getting high heart rate sometimes like 100 to 105.mild chest pain also. Rest of time heart rate is below 100.bp is 126/80 and sugar is normal. Thyroid is normal. In ecg report is sinus tachycardia. I attached ecg report. Please advice me for medicine.

Rule out any structural  abnormalities  in heart structure  . Mitral valve prolapse  may be commonly  responsible  for tachycardia  . Anxiety  is  also common. Heart rate rising above 100 during work and activity is normal. If your resting heart rate is below 100 then nothing to worry. Get an Echo done
