High heart rate

Hi, Getting high heart rate sometimes like 100 to 105.mild chest pain also. Rest of time heart rate is below 100.bp is 126/80 and sugar is normal. Thyroid is normal. In ecg report is sinus tachycardia. I attached ecg report. Please advice me for medicine.

Rule out any structural  abnormalities  in heart structure  . Mitral valve prolapse  may be commonly  responsible  for tachycardia  . Anxiety  is  also common. Friends  dont take MEDICINE  from just these kind of question  and answers.  Please  visit  some consultant before  taking any treatment  . These questions  may be used only as guidelines  .

Heart rate rising above 100 during work and activity is normal. If your resting heart rate is below 100 then nothing to worry. Get an Echo done
