My father has hemoglobin level higher than 16 from almost 1 year Last year it was 16.20 15 days ago CBc  was done and his recent hemoglobin level is 16.5 Is it a cause of concern His BP is almost normal is not a smoker Currently is not an on any medicines not diabetes patient
