High Haemoglobin and Hematocrit

On June 12 my Hb was 17.1 Hematocrit 48.6 and RBC 5.63 on July 25 my Hb is 16.9 Hematocrit is 49.6 and RBC is 5.7 Peripheral Smear report is normal. I have mild itching for 10-15 mins after bath but when I apply SUTHOL liquid it doesn't itch. Is there anything to worry about ?? I don't smoke or drink...
