Since yesterday I have high fever and joint pains throughout my body. I took 2 paracetmol tablets as of now. Today I have fever but considerably less than yesterday. Have slight cold as well.

Hi, You can continue Paracetamol twice or thrice a day, but if fever continues or worsens, get yourself investigated for dengue or Chikungunya.
