He's having high fever since last night. Severe headache from last 2 days. He's having problem opening his eyes due to headache. He's also facing cough problem. Weakness is also there, he's unable to get up. Kindly suggest some medication

Please take him to the ER immediately. High fever + severe headache + difficulty opening eyes is a classic triad for meningitis, which is a medical emergency. Do not try to manage this at home. He needs urgent blood tests, possible lumbar puncture, and IV antibiotics if meningitis is confirmed. Do not delay.
