My son has fever I had given him calpol 260 7.5 ml at 12am the fever has now increased to 102.6 can I give him meftal P it’s only 2 hrs now

You have not mentioned age of the child. As advised do sponging with normal tap water. You can give meftal P after 4 hours but if fever is not coming down with medicine then consult local pediatrician.

You should Maintain a gap of 5 hours between the doses of antipyretics. You may do the cold sponging of whole body and forehead to bring down the temperature.
