High fever-Meftal 500 with dolo

My mother has high fever from past 2 days. Doctor advised doxcef cv, dolo 650 and meftal 500. She has been taking it from 2 days. Can we give meftal after two hours of dolo. Please advise. The fever is not coming down from 102.
