High fever

Hi doctors, I'm having fever since yesterday and it is 104 degrees and I consulted doctor and my blood report for dengue us negative and my blood counts are normal only my platelet count is slightly decreased 1,25,000 and my fever is reducing for 4 hours when I take paracetmol every six hours and again I'm having mild fever and I'm having leg muscle pain. I don't have any weakness but had mild cough. Thanks and Regards
