Hello, my son is 6 years old and getting high fever every 4 to 5 hours n past 4 days. He have little white patch in throat but no pain or difficulty in swallowing. He have more nasal blocked. As per Doctor giving him augmentin Dds from 2 days but still fever is not reducing. What might be the reason

If with antibiotics no response at all. Then you should revisit and check his  blood and urine to look for any other infection.
