My 4 year daughter has high fever, dry cough and pain in the throat. She is coughing continuously..

If mild,give just steam inhalations 5-6 times a day for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
