High fever @ 103 Degrees

Fever @ 103 degrees since 1 week.Getting reduced only by intake of PCM. Urine report show the presence of WBC 5-7, Nitrate Detected, Protein Detected ++,Slightly Hazy in colour. Blood report show Sodium - 131, Lymphocytes -16 and ESR sedimentation rate-35, Few Bacteria detected. Dengue Negative. Please suggest, what exactly the problem is.
