Dear All, My daughter is having fever since yesterday. Given dolapar 250 it was reduced, but again in night it came and in morning it's 103, please suggest.

As per weight..give paracetamol...for example  20 kgs give 300 mg syrup...... Maximum 4-5 times in a day with gap of 5-6 hours Do tapid sponging....if persistent

Please continue giving dolopar as needed every 4 to 6 hourly and consult the pediatrician to find the cause of fever
