Hi doctors I did my regular blood report which came normal but my ESR was 25mm but i dont have any symptoms niether I had any infection lately  then why it's high as normal range is 0 to 15 please suggest me is it too high? I am worried

Nothing to worry about ESR being 25. Its insignificant if you have no symptoms
