High ESR directly means underlying inflammation. Get your serum Ca++ tested first. Increase vit D3 consumption. Early morning sun exposure ( morning walks etc) are best natural way, rather than adding any supplements. Further please get evaluated your bone marrow smear and TLC and DLC
