High D dimer

Hello doctor, I would like to know for my mother. Her d dimer is high 0.81. Our doctor has recommended fabiflu (4.5-0.4.5) on first day and (2-0-2) from subsequent day and 5 injections of enoxaparin .6mg. Is this line of treatment okay...bcz this seems to be heavy dose.is this really required. Shes been getting around 101 fever fir past 6-7 days. Pls suggest
