High creatinine level in kidney & uric level is high it's about 7.so any dialysis needed immediately please tell me

Based on your age and creatinine your GFR is 7.5...If you are symptomatic then you require dialysis.. If not plan an AV fistula which can be when you need dialysis... Consult a vascular surgeon for fistula...
