My cholesterol always ranges between 220-250, HDL -55, Non HDL ( 173+ 17). I workout 6 days a week, non smoker and non drinker. My diet is also regulated and pure vegetarian with limited intake of sugar and carbs. My father struggled with high cholesterol his whole life and got stents in two arteries at the age of 60. I dont want to be on meds for rest of my life. Is there any other treatment possible for this? May be something through diet correction. Pls help.

Yes through diet and exercise we can correct it. Reduce carbohydrates and increase proteins. Do aerobics exercises regularly.
