I have recently delivered 3 months back and have done my blood test checking.My total cholestrol is 239 ,triglycerides is 173,Ldl -167 and non ldl is 185 .kindly advise.

You should forget it for now.  You are a breastfeeding mom. All medicines for  Hypercholesterolaemia are contraindicated during pregnancy and  lactation.
