In Medical Sciences nothing can be 100% foolproof. It is not like components of an automobile that the size of tyre of a particular car should be size 19 and not 18.9 .
Such variations as you have noticed in your report are of no consequence and need no treatment. If I have to take note of something in your report it is Uric acid which is definitely high .
