I have increase in BPM 100 to 110 . Is it safe to take bisoprolol 2.5 mg . Even if my BPM is in 85 or 90. Should I continue the tablet?.please help me on this .

Taking the tablet without knowing the exact cause of high pulse rate Is never a good idea.
