High BP - 154/93 latest. BP since past 2 days. Taking telmiduce 40 as prescribed. No previous heart condition or BP issue. Tests conducted - ECG is normal and No sugar.

Hi , reduce salt intake in foods and pickles. Daily walking for 30 minutes a day. If BP is still high consult with doctor for titrating medication.
