150/90 mm hg is the hypertension stage 2,if these readings are constantly recorded.Your symptoms could be related to a rise in BP or more likely to be cervical spondylosis .It is wise to get a 12 lead ECG tracing , cervical spine x-ray and consult with a physician in your area..Keep monitoring the blood pressure ,start life style modification and diet modification plus exercise daily for 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week.

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
