High BP and nausea

Have high BP, around 136/70, the upper one goes around 140, feeling weak, burning eyes, have a feeling of nausea and not able to eat as feeling heavy, mild headache

This giddiness is not due to high BP It may be due to Vertigo It needs proper history Have to do some exercises Otherwise drugs are prescribed for immediate effect

Do you have associated vertigo associated with nausea? Is there any problem related to standing/ walking during such episodes? I also would like to know whether you are under any medications or not .
