What steps can I take at home to control it. It was 144/95 two days back. It is increasing continuously with days. My husband also feel some mild headache near the neck part. But it vanishes as soon as he takes garlic or some homely available medicines.

Reduce salt and pickle.Walk for atleast  45 min per day.If obese you need to reduce your weight.

Household management  will be to restrict salt intake...and change of sedentary habits..stressor agents.. Cont with the medications he is on..
