Hello.. Usually when your blood sugar goes above 250 to 300 u get osmotic symptoms like polyurea, polydispsia, fatigue.. But many patients with high sugars like in your case may not show such symptoms and they may be completely asymptomatic for such high sugars...these high sugars are very much detrimental if not detected early and got down.. It will affect your eyes, nerves, kidneys and heart, vessels very fast... So plz  do Hb1ac first and visit a good endocrinologist and get on treatment to control your sugars... I will also suggest get screened for your eyes, neuropathy exam, heart and kidney...
