Since morning my mother is feeling as if her head is reeling and she will fell down if she will stand..Earlier also she said this happened and was diagnosed to have high bp..please let me know some instant relief tips

Next Steps
get bp monitoring done, investigations required are CBC, serum urea creatinine, lipid profile, FBS, MRI brain.
