My husband is suffering from high blood pressure180 from last 6 month he is using telmikind 80 mg today he checked his blood pressure and the result is 142, is he still continue the same medicine and he has a habit of drinking daily , I have noticed that his hand is shivering in morning times what was the reason

Alcohol addiction.  Add rice in meal. Paneer containing food. And tab thiamine 100 mg bd for 10 days

Alcohol addiction can have a significant effect on blood pressure ,even if he's on treatment for the blood pressure . Unless his alcohol addiction is controlled ,it's unlikely that his blood pressure will remain stable within normal limits,though antihypertensive from different class could be added .He should consult with a physician in your area for clinical examination and further investigations and management.

His alcohol habits will only make it more difficult to control his blood pressure.the tremors in hand are also probably related to alcohol.
