High blood pressure

I am 27 yr male height 5'10" and weight 90 kg I am having high blood pressure always around 150-155 systolic sometimes cross 160 and 90-95 diastolic what can be the reason for high blood pressure, I consulted a physician he ordered creatinine test , ecg , blood urea, urine examination blood glucose random, all came back normal then what could be the reason for high blood pressure ?

Your weight is high, so u snore @ night? Sometimes obstructive sleep apnea is cause for high blood pressure. How about family history for SHT.

You have pus cells in urine means urinary tract infection.... And weight issue In this age hypertension is not a good sign....
