My daughter in law is suffering from severe bleeding with high pain in menstrual. Please provide some advice for relief

Once you start tab Regestrone  5 mg 8 hrly for 5 days then 12 hrly for 25 days and go for ultrasound  to confirm any pathology, and start iron Syp or capsule and Glucon D orally
