I had anxiety for months now, just recntly got High BP due to anxiety..,... Now my Anxiety is reducing slowly, i do not need meds for anxiety now.. [from last 2 days].. but if i dont take BP tablet, my head feels odd... - My question was (Sir/Mam) will my BP will come to normal once my anxiety is fully gone?

If your blood pressure is high on 2 or more readings, antihypertensive medication may be needed to  initiated properly. Furthermore proper treatment for anxiety disorder is essential.
