I am diagnosed with anti tpo having value >1300 U/ml. What does this signify . I am suffering from hypothyroidism. I taking 112 mcg thyroxin

It means that you are suffering from hypothyroidism due to a condition called as hashimotos thyroiditis. You need not worry, the treatment is the same.
