Consider panchakarma first do yog bastiram and then go for Uttar basti I think Uttar basti will be beneficial in your condition at least go for 3 settings of Uttar basti with mahanarayan and phala ghrita oil.

If 2ivf is failed then u have to take ayurvedic medicine and panchkarma also it doesn't  mean s that next IVF will failed or success,it is ur choice to choose the therapy . Consult any panchkarma hospital for uttarbasti it solves ur problem.
