High alkaline phosphatase treatment
My alkaline phosphatase is way above normal at 288. I have been suffering with grave hyperthyroid and Atrial fibrillation for 23 months.
I also had low vitamin D at 5.5 two months back and low vitamin b12 at 152.
I have been taking vitamin d and b12 tablets and b12 is now in normal at 319 and vitamin d has also increased to 20.8. But just got complete body check yesterday and alkaline phosphatase reads 288 .
Kindly advise what should i do? Do i have to do usg for stomach?
I get pain in muscles and bones.

If only alkaline phosphatase level is high and other liver enzymes are normal ,it could be due to the bone disorder.Your vitamin d is still low and you need to continue treatment.indirectly low vitamin d could cause osteoporosis . Osteoporosis , overactive parathyroid rises the alkaline phosphatase level
Consult with an orthopedist .

Please share the complete LFT report. A level 288 units of Alkaline Phosphatase per se doesn't need any treatment in its own right.

How about your other liver function tests ?
If other are normal and Alkaline phosphates alone raised then it could be due to bone diseases. Needs evaluation. Consult orthopedist

Alkaline phosphatase can be increased due to liver or bone ussues.In some cases also associated with hyperthyroidism and vit d deficiency.
Would help to know if rest of Liver functions and thyroid lelels are in range
