High AFI, what to avoid?

2025-12-28 19:03:27
Hi, My AFI level came 28, at 31 weeks pregnant. Since GTT was normal at 28 weeks, I'm monitoring blood sugar daily using a glucometer at home. Last week's sugar levels were normal; only twice they were raised post 2hrs of meals (134/ 154).  Rest days readings within normal limits.  I'm not on any medication. Can I eat unsweetened peanut butter sandwich, pomegranate and cashews on daily basis? Can AFI or GDM decrease with controlled diet at this stage? I'm currently 33.4 weeks pregnant. Pls advise. Thanks
