Hidradenitis with recurrent Abscess form

I have problem of hidradenitis with recurrent Abscess formation and recently had done surgery under my right armpit 35days back. I was assured by doctor that it will slowly recurrence of this will stop. But I start getting it again... What treatment is best to stop this reoccurrence once for all.

Hidranitis suppurativa is an autoimmune disorder which can become extremely painful and uncomfortable for the patient . I have some excellent treatment options for the same.
