I have Hiatus hernia in my esophagus 1. Having high acidity 2. Problem in speaking sometimes 3 sneezing in nose 4. Continues belching 5 sleep disorder 6. Indigestion sometime 7.feeling uneasiness Please suggest ayurveda for cure
