Hello. You D3 levels are low. If
vitamin d3 is less you feel tired even after a good sleep. Like once u wake up in the morning u should be fresh. But u feel tired. Also check your haemoglobin levels. Blood
sugar is normal. You need to take d3 supplement every week one tablet for three months.
Also expose yourself to sunrays in the early mornings and in the evenings
Eat an egg everyday also have a glass of milk. Vitamin d3 is needed for bones along with
calcium.
