Hi doctors I am having sleepy eyes and n
Hello doctor I have sleepy eyes and dizzy and some burning sensation in inside feet
Yesterday I check my b12: and vitamin d
And vit b12 is 126 and vit d is 19
My sugar is 80 that I measured after 4 hour of lunch
I started neuro tab and taken one injection for b12 but still I am feeling energy less and dizzy ,sleepy

Vitamin B12, vitamin D3 supplement required.. Check your hemoglobin, thyroid status as well.. Improve your diet and mantain sleep hygiene
Avoid caffeine and take adequate water..

You vit D is insufficient and u shud also check ur thyroid level , consult me on Practo , I will do a injection for vit D , u will feel better .

Hi dear
U will need supplements for low vitamin d as well
And it takes time for the medicine to show its action as well so wait for sometime u will start feeling better.
