To regularise your heart beat the best thing is regular physical activity. Please go for morning walk and some exercises , start with half hour per day, go upto one hour per day. Also give half hour for evening physical activity. As your body gets used to physical activity, your heart action will become regular. And no drugs No Tobacco No liquor.
