Hi doctor , pregnancy related query

I got some symptoms of early pregnancy including Lower back pain , abdominal pain ...already I have pcod So every month I will get period twice ..but it's being 35 days + . So I took a upt test and on the first day of test shows a coloured faint line , as I have doubt again tested... With a different kit , it also showing a coloured faint Line... Let me know more about this please.
