Hepatomegaly with Grade-I fatty changes
From 2021 I have been suffering from stomach related problem specially ibs. Then I did many test with usg and all came normal . But the problem still was there with gas acidity burning anus burning etc. Then in 2023 I did again usg with lft and it showed there is mild fatty liver and little increase in sgpt & sgot level. I took allopathy treatment but i didn't get any benefits. Actually I was taking homeopathy from November 2021 . Then again I shifted to homeopathy treatment from a renowned dr but still am not fully fit. There are stomach cramps gas burning indigestion etc. Appetite is normal but stomach related all problems are there. I was 78kg now 67kg. Lipid profile is normal. Gastro related all problems came and go actually new day new types of gastro problem started. Life became hell. What should I do? Now I am taking phosphorus 0/7
Previously Lachesis 0/7-0/11
And sulphurs 0/1-0/11
With some others gastro related medicine also.

IBS is diagnosed only with presenting symptoms. There are no invasive or non invasive tests to confirm the diagnosis.
Need to rule out stress related health issues.
Do not waste time and money.
It can be well treated with homeopathic medicine only. Whatever the best can be done in your case, only Homeopathic medicine can deliver it.

So many medicines together shows that you are not under proper treatment ..and you had been under proper treatment than you would have fealt the change within 2 weeks and till now you would have been fine ..you should take a proper medicne after full case taking .. a good treatment will never require Many medicines only 1 medicine will cure you fully if treatment is correct
