Hepatitis B treatment

My brother is suffering from hepatitis B, doc diagnose as acute hepatitis, his test details are follows: Hepatitis B E antigen- 0.51 Hepatitis core IGM-  17.21 Hepatitis A-    non-reactive Hepatitis C- non reactive Hepatitis E- non reactive Doc prescribe Ursodeoxycholic Acid -300mg twice daily. And suggest bed rest. And to drink fluids.  Will this medicine is enough to cure ? I have heard from my friend that a injection of hepatitis B should be given. But doc does not give any injection yet. Please advise what should I do? Will i continue this medicine? Is injection required? Please advise in details. Note- Today I observe few rushes on his body and swelling of foot. And fever comes every night. Please help what to do?

Injections are vaccines used to prevent infection when infection has not occured. Some medicines are available to treat hep b, but these are indicated only if viral load is high. If viral load is low then only supportive treatment is needed.
