Hemoglobin not increasing

Hi, Currently 16 weeks pregnant with low lying placenta, since starting hemoglobin is around 11.4. This week started with orofer xt once a day and eating daily one pomegranate, frequent spinach, even then it is 11.4. Taking folvite active daily. Kindly advice how to increase it. Report attached

Hb more than 10 is normal What is normal may probably not increase further
