You have not mentioned if you have any complaints of heavy or prolonged bleeding during menses..or any other bleeding issues.... If any such complaints are there,its very important to adress those causayive things. Apart from adressing the cause ,you need to improve your hb as early as possible .Blood transfusion is the immediate choice.
