I am male unmarried 26yo. I am having blood in ejaculation. This has happened twice in this week. It had happened 5 or 6 years back. It had gone automatically that time. Also I had lower abdominal pain some months back (without blood in semen) during ejaculation. And lastly generally I don't last much long so might be case of premature ejaculation.
