If you have no problem,  then life style modification is good enough, as triglycerides and ldl are just slightly high. Avoid fatty,  sugary foods, take more of fresh vegetables and fruits,  small frequent meals. Do regular physical exercise,  stay mentally relaxed. Repeat lipid profile after  4 to 8 weeks, of life style changes.

Your lipid profile shows moderately elevated triglycerides and low HDL (good cholesterol), with an LDL/HDL ratio and Total cholesterol/HDL ratio slightly above target. While your total cholesterol and LDL are within acceptable limits , lifestyle changes can help for now
Next Steps
Helpful Tips: Aim for 30–45 minutes of brisk walking daily. Include omega-3-rich foods (like flaxseeds, walnuts, fish). Avoid refined carbs, fried foods, and sugary beverages. Include soluble fibre (oats, fruits) and increase water intake. Repeat lipid profile after 3 months of lifestyle changes.
Health Tips
Word of Caution: If HDL remains low or triglycerides worsen despite lifestyle efforts, you may require medication. Consult a physician for regular follow-up and risk assessment.

The report is not too bad, your main aim should be to increase your HDL, try to bring that above 45. Mild dietary changes - increasing fibre and reducing fried items Major exercise changes - 15-20 minutes daily of bodyweight muscle building exercises are best (calisthenics)
Health Tips
repeat Lipid profile (with 12 hours fasting)  every 6 months.
