I feel pulsating sensation in the stomach which causes like fullness and bloating in abdomin sometimes diarrhea and passing less stool. I had done stool test endoscopy bt all was normal. Tried antacids and many aloepathic medicines still have pulsating and bloating.

I think you blood group is either B or O, in this case if you had a long treatments for TB, it can affect your gastric flora so it will show some symptoms like Ulcerative colitis. Kindly do some blood exam and stool exam and cultures to rule out Acute or chronic gastritis.
