I can understand with everything that you’ve gone through, how difficult it must be for you to cope. Yes there’s a lot of trauma, repressed emotions as well as memories, and your current situation is not helping it. I strongly suggest you continue Counseling and CBT. If you’ve tried it, then all you needed to do was continue, because such strong emotions need a lot of time and sessions (maybe months), to cope. So please do not give up on your mental health. It takes time, but eventually you will realise how you become more resilient and accepting of your situation.
Everything that is happening around you right now, is temporary. Everything that happened in the past, needs to be forgiven internally for your peace of mind, and everything that you learn about yourself and the more these difficult situations help you evolve, your future is filled with nothing but gratitude and contentment.
